- If the initial agreed-upon strategy or SEO plan was not executed as promised.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Services that have already been delivered as per the agreed scope.
- Any results or improvements in search rankings, traffic, or other performance metrics, as SEO is influenced by numerous factors beyond our control (e.g., search engine algorithm changes, competitors’ actions, etc.).
- Paid advertising campaigns or third-party service costs.
3. Refund Request Process

- Provide details of the service(s) you are requesting a refund for, along with the reason for your request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
4. Refund Approval
- If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
5. Modifications to Refund Policy
